Wheel of Fortune, America's #1 syndicated series, returns to Hawaii's Big Island to kick off season 26 this September. Show host Pat Sajak, co-host Vanna White, and the entire Los Angeles-based crew will set up shop at Hilton Waikoloa Village on September 12, 13, 15 and 16 to tape four weeks of shows.

Doors open for the first audience at 4 p.m. and the LIVE taping begins at 5:30 p.m. Doors open for the second audience at 8:15 p.m. and the LIVE taping begins at 9:30 p.m.

Thousands of fans will have the opportunity to be in the studio audience for the tapings when the resort ’s Ocean View Terrace will be temporarily transformed into a little slice of Hollywood and the scene will be set for cries of “big money.”

Wheel of Fortune Contestant Audition Package

Hilton Waikoloa Village is extending a special Wheel of Fortune Contestant Audition Package! All reservations must arrive on or before September 10th as all auditions will occur on September 11th. Wheel of Fortune Hawaii show taping dates are September 12, 13, 15, & 16th 2008. All Contestant Package reservations must be a minimum of three nights or more to confirm this package. A very limited number of packages/auditions are available.

The package includes:

• An audition for the chance to be a contestant on a future Wheel of Fortune show!  This does not include any of the Hawaii tapings and is limited to one audition per room package.  Must be 18 years of age or above to audition.  The Contestant Audition is scheduled for Thursday, September 11th 2008.  More information on auditions will be provided.
  • The contestant audition applicant/ trip purchaser who is auditioning for the show understands that Wheel of Fortune is under no obligation to use him/her as a contestant.  It is entirely at the producer's discretion.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.  You are not eligible to play Wheel of  Fortune if you work for or are related to anyone who works for Sony Pictures Television Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., The Griffin Group, Quadra Productions, Inc., CBS Television Distribution Group, Enteractive Solutions Group, any affiliated television stations (including related radio stations and advertisers) which broadcast Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy!, or prize suppliers. You are not eligible to appear on Wheel of Fortune if you have appeared on another game show/relationship show/dating show/reality show in the last year or three of the above types of shows in the last ten years.  You are not eligible if you have appeared on any version of Wheel of Fortune.

*Minimum age requirement to attend the Wheel of Fortune Show taping session is 8 years old.  Children ages 8 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets do not have cash value. Please make sure to review the disclaimers on the back of your ticket for important information and regulations regarding the taping of the shows.  Security checks will take place before anyone is admitted into the audience area.  Smoking, alcoholic beverages, laser pointers, cameras, cellular phones, tape recorders and weapons of any kind are prohibited at the tapings.

Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is not guaranteed. The package rate starts at $219 plus tax per night for double occupancy with garden view accommodations; upgrades are available for an additional charge. All Contestant Package reservations must be a minimum of three nights or more to confirm this package. All bookings require a FULL PRE-PAYMENT via credit card at the time of booking; your credit card will be charged for the full stay reserved upon confirmation.  Cancellations will be accepted until 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the advance payment.  Cancellations occurring within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
